If our client is looking for a general recruitment service, our contingency recruitment service provides a "fee on success" solution. The approach, in this case, does not require as thorough an approach as that offered by our retained search option.
Our contingency method will involve database and talent pool analysis on our active network of candidates. This includes basic sourcing, Interviewing candidates and providing a shortlist of key candidates for final recruitment decision.
Temporary Placement (Locum)
We are a locum/temporary supplier of Radiation Oncology and Oncology professionals to many of the top department. We provide coverage for one week to 13-week assignments and cover all cost to include housing, travel and hourly bill rates. Our approach is straightforward and aimed at working alongside your department as a service partner.
